Quart Ball
Can anyone give me advice on a particular recipe canned please?
There is a chili sauce with green pork and we like to eat almost anything. I would like several gallons of it can, but I'm not sure things processing times, etc., and we use the Ball Blue Book, but there is not nothing that gives me a pat on canning the sauce. Does anyone have any experience with this kind of thing or have other resources? I searched online but have been empty-handed. The link to the recipe is below - Prove it! In fact, it seems that everything you need can chiles and tomatoes. Store individually or collectively in jars, then add the sauce remaining ingredients just before preparing sauce for your meal.
