I need help designing a training plan for a beginner (me)?
Jumping rope 500 every other day and do 100 push-ups and 20 perfect pumps. Then do 50 abdominal, 50 abdominal Bycycle. The other day, when all the other 500 do rope, 75 barbells short arm curls all round 15 and light weights. I am only a beginner. and 50 side of the arm is raised with the dumbbells and do 30 sit-weighted. After the workout I drink a quart of milk. I am a beginner and I really want to lose just increase the fat in hops, and get definitiion. and start pressing the bank and all that heavy when I'm around 16. Therefore, I exercise every day. or 4 days a week. Oh, and I stop eating rice, so you do not have a pack of six when he should.
until all the exercises, what matters is the final straight, keeping the muscles loose and warm. What you have a good plan.
