Top Beer
What is the smoke of a material that leaves the top of a beer bottle when you open it?
I know it is literally "smoke", asking the scientific method to describe it.
It is CO2, this acctually the smoke water vapor, similar to when you can see your breath when its cold outside. When opening a beer, the cold gas content in this framework can be developed. As the cold gas that spreads through the neck of the beer, which come into contact with air and water vapor to us usually invisible in the air (except when the fog of his way), then it can condense into water particles visible. In humid areas, the effect is more pronounced. I'm from Florida, and on a wet day, a cold beer can cause this cloud to the right side of the bottle: it seems as if steam is to fall on the side of the bottle of beer. Mesmerizing.
